Home Builder Dec 2012

duck33 | Dec 4, 2012 10:05 AM ET History also shows us that the great depression was cause by the same banking cartel running amuck destroying the value of the countries housing with unpunished fraud. Housing was in the toilet for twenty years after the great depression. What makes now different ? Nothing.....

duck33 | Dec 4, 2012 10:13 AM ET The biggest mistake of your life would to buy a house now. What happens to the price of a home with a 3.8% tax added on top of the transfer tax? what happens to the price of a home if interest rates return to normal? What happens to a price of a home with endless outsourcing and insourcing? What is the cost to insure that home with insurer fraud with colossus denying claims if damaged? How much tax will be added with the broke states? A house in a means to be robbed through your mail box.....

Proping.up.the.Markets | Dec 4, 2012 10:28 AM ET Remember this .... In a few weeks, this stuff will be worth crap. In a few months, those that bought into this BS will all be crying wondering why they bought this crap. If you`re going to buy - get in and get out fast.

holls2841 | Dec 4, 2012 02:44 PM ET guess i missed the sentence in this "article" that stated toll is hiring new employees to meet the "jump" in demand. guess they`re so well managed they don`t need any employees - just great management. pitiful.
